Backup/Archive File Transfer Efficiently (Pro version) |

DIY on-line backup uses two different methods of backup depending on the locality of the Backup and storage computers. If the backed up files are being backed up to local or network drive then it simply copies the files to the designated backup store. If files are to be backup up to a remote computer then DIY on-line backup compresses the files, and then uploads the Backup files to the Backup storage computer, via TCP/IP using 128 encryption. TCP/IP is used to give maximum file transfer performance. |
